Information regarding registration and term inform

Welcome to our Under 18s for the 2025 Season!
The 2025 Under 18 programme combines training sessionspractice games, and opportunities to participate in Under 18 National Championships in July. We encourage players to complement their water polo training with regular swimming to build stamina and confidence.
The success of our program relies on the support of our community. Whether it’s assisting at tournaments, volunteering for events, or helping in other ways, your involvement is invaluable and greatly appreciated.

Club Fee Structure Updates - Over the past few years, our club expenses—especially pool hire costs—have increased significantly. To continue offering high-quality training, we’ve adjusted our fee structure to ensure sustainability while maintaining value for our members.

Fees Payable at Registration:

  • $200 Club Registration Fee: Covers general club operating expenses.
  • $50 Age Group Fee: Supports age-specific activities and resources.

Outstanding invoices - If you have outstanding invoices from last year you will need to pay these before registering with the club.

Term 2 Plan
Training takes place from Monday - Friday evenings times around 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Baywave.

Note: Baywave pool availability may occasionally require schedule changes. Any adjustments will be communicated promptly. Additional training sessions may be offered if capacity allows.

Pool Entry - Baywave requires players to pay at reception. Let them know you are training in a water polo squad and the fee will be at a reduced price.

Training Fees (Term 2) - Depending on how many hours your team trains will depend on how much you are charged. Approximately between $130 - $160 per term.

Billing - Term training fees are charged at the beginning of each term and the term fee must be paid, regardless of attendance, as the club incurs fixed costs.

There is an option on the registration form to mark your response. A decision has been made that the teams will not be travelling to Wellington for round 1 however, the club will send teams to Rd 2 & 3.
