Programme Details

The U16 programme includes:

• Season training in Term 3 - some training will be offered in term 2if there is interest.
• Preseason tournaments (Optional)
• Nationals (Div 1 and Div 2 options)
• Additional games and preparation sessions where possible

Players are encouraged to keep up regular swimming to support their water fitness.

Key Dates

Preseason Tournaments:

• To be confirmed.
• Parental support is essential for these preseason tournaments, especially for travel and supervision.

Nationals:

• Division 1 Boys and Girls – Thursday 8th - Sunday 11th October - Christchurch

  Division 2 Boys and Girls – Wednesday 7th - Saturday 10th - Hawkes Bay

Fees & Payment Structure (All Players)

• Club Registration Fee & Training fees to be advised closer the the time.  Players will be invoiced once they confirm they intend to trial and must pay prior to trials. 
• Full-term fees are payable regardless of attendance (to cover fixed club costs)

Tournament Fees

• An advance tournament fee is payable once a player is named in a team.
• This enables the club to book travel and accommodation early and secure the best rates.
• Tournament fees will vary depending on location and duration, and are invoiced separately from training fees. More detailed cost information will be provided once teams are confirmed.
